New Client for Customer-on-line
A local health company have recently awarded the 2006 print contract to G&H Sheet Fed. The G&H Group's MIS system Tharstern, played a big part in winning this contract with the customer being able to have access to each individual item using the "Customer On-line" facility. Our client now has the ability to check the stock capability, order their own print on-line, view a pdf database of pre-printed material, check previous invoices and job history.
Whilst communication is still key to the account, this facility has saved a huge amount of time and administration.
