Web Offset
Based on two sites, Chorley and Liverpool, we are the largest Web Offset printer in the North West of England.
Chorley operates 2 Komori 8pp web's and, supplemented by in-house print finishing, specialize in leaflet and cut and pack work.
Over at our Liverpool site our 3 presses include a reel-to-reel Muller Martini concept press, 8pp Heidelberg and
our flag-ship web press, the Heidelberg M600.
Both the Heidelberg presses have in-line finishing and can produce over 60 finished
products straight off the back of the press.
High productivity and improved printing quality, coupled with reliability, are constant pressures put on us by our customers.
Recent innovations in web printing have significantly reduced make-ready time, paper waste and overall turnaround time.
